Project summary, activities and expected results
This project deals with the expansion/modernization of a micro company, which intends to invest in the creation of its own brand, in the registration of quality and CE marking and in the increase of production/export capacity. As strategic objectives, Belfer intends to strengthen its presence in the national market and intends to grow in the foreign market (France), innovate in terms of marketing methods and workplace organization, through the incorporation of new processes and new production and management practices using new equipment and information technology. It is also intended to encourage employability, providing for the creation of 2 jobs.
